High Reverse Geocoding error rates and latency

Incident began at 2022-10-13 23:26 and ended at 2022-10-14 01:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

14 Oct 2022	01:30 PDT	We experienced an intermittent issue with Google Maps Platform beginning on Thursday, 2022-10-13 20:30 US/Pacific. The issue has occurred between 20:30 and 20:50, 22:10 and 22:30, 23:00 and 23:35, and is resolved since. APIs affected were those performing reverse geocoding (coordinates to addresses/places): Geocoding, Directions, and Distance Matrix APIs. Some Places API requests may also have been affected. Our engineering team believes the issue is now mitigated, but we will provide further updates in case of re-occurrence. Updates can also be followed on the public issue tracker at https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/253547928. We thank all our customers for their patience and understanding.
