Incident affecting Distance Matrix API

Some customers experienced increased latency and elevated error rates in responses from the Distance Matrix API.

Incident began at 2024-03-29 12:16 and ended at 2024-03-29 15:17 (all times are US/Pacific).

29 Mar 2024	14:11 PDT	Summary: Some customers experienced increased latency and elevated error rates in responses from the Distance Matrix API. Description: We believe the issue with Distance Matrix API is fully mitigated. We have identified the software that caused the symptoms and rolled back to the previous version. Error impacts are mitigated as of Friday, 2024-03-29 11:21:36 US/Pacific and latency impacts as of Friday, 2024-03-29 13:15:13 US/Pacific. We do not have an ETA for full resolution at this point. Diagnosis: Increased latency and error rates to the Distance Matrix API Workaround: None at this time.
