Our Engineering Team is working on it. If you've already opened a support case we will continue to provide updates there. If not and you have questions or are impacted, please open a case with the Support Team and we will work with you until this issue is resolved. Our engineering team has applied mitigation measures, and starting around 2022-08-08 19:15 US/Pacific error rates and latency have returned to the levels before the incident. We are monitoring our APIs before we declare a full resolution. We do not have an ETA for full resolution at this point. We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2022-08-09 02:00 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Increased error rate and latency when calling Google Maps Platform APIs. Workaround: None at this time. |
