Description: We believe the issue with Google Maps Platform, Distance Matrix API, Routes API, Directions API is almost entirely resolved since 07:15 PT.

Diagnosis: Elevated latency and error rates

Workaround: Retry failing requests; emit requests away from sources in the JAPAC region
