We are investigating an issue with Google Cloud Storage in the US region. We will provide more information by 13:00 US/Pacific.
Incident began at 2018-01-25 11:05 and ended at 2018-01-25 12:24 (all times are US/Pacific).

Jan 25, 2018 | 15:48 | We have updated our estimated impact to an average of 2% and a peak of 3.6% GCS global error rate, based on a more thorough review of monitoring data and server logs. The initial estimate of impact was based on a internal assessment hosted in a single region; subsequent investigation reveals that Google's redundancy and rerouting infrastructure worked as intended and dramatically reduced the user-visible impact of the event to GCS's global user base. The 2% average error rate is measured over the duration of the event, from its beginning at 11:05 PST to its conclusion at 12:24 PST. |
