| | 2 Sep 2026 | 09:55 PDT | Summary Investigating issues with saving rules in Google SecOps Unified Rules Public Preview Web UI. Description The issue with Google SecOpshas been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2026-09-02 09:02 PDT. From preliminary analysis, the issue was due to a code change on Monday, 2026-08-03 that introduced a timing-related bug. Our Product Engineering Team developed a fix and deployed it through our standard deployment process. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue. Diagnosis / Customer Symptoms In the Public Preview Unified Rules Editor, when switching between rules using the "Close split view" button, the logic for a previously-viewed rule could appear instead of the correct rule logic. This would appear as a mismatch between the rule name in the logic tab and the rule the customer was currently viewing. Workaround This issue is mitigated. |
