Mandiant Managed Defense SSO may have been unavailable for the customers on Thursday, 2026-02-26 between 14:20 PST to 14:50 PST.

Our Engineering team has identified the root cause of the issue and applied the fix to mitigate the impact.

Customer Symptoms

Customers may have seen Cloudflare error pages, or missing content in the customer Portal, impacting their ability to log in to Managed Defense Portal and Mandiant Advantage products.
