Summary

[Mitigated] We experienced an issue with Google SecOps Legacy Looker Based Dashboards where queries failed in the europe-west9 region.

Description

The issue with Google SecOps Legacy Looker Based Dashboards in europe-west9 region has been resolved for all the users as of Wednesday, 2026-08-26 23:27 US/Pacific

As per the preliminary investigation, the issue was caused due to a recent configuration change. Our engineering team performed a rollback to resolve the issue.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on mitigating this issue.

Customer Symptomps

Affected customers using Google SecOps Dashboards in europe-west9 may have experienced failures interacting with the Legacy Dashboards or executing the queries.

Workaround

None as the issue is now mitigated. All customers in the impacted regions should now be able to load and display data with their Looker Dashboards.
