| | 8 Jul 2026 | 07:47 PDT | Description The issue with Google SecOps where customers experienced errors when querying Search stats in the southamerica-east1 region is believed to be an edge case. We identified an issue where search stat queries run from the search history fail if the original results have expired (after 24 hours). Instead of re-running the query, the system returns an error. As a temporary workaround, you can slightly adjust the time range to successfully re-execute the search. Our Engineering team will continue to work on fixing the issue. If you have questions or are impacted, please open a case with the Support Team and we will work with you until this issue is resolved. No further updates will be provided here .
