Google SecOps is experiencing an issue with the UI and API.

18 Dec 2025	17:51 PST	Summary The issue with Google SecOps UI and Chronicle API has been fully mitigated for all operations in the multi-region US. Description The issue with Google SecOps UI and Chronicle API in the multi-region US has been fully mitigated as of Thursday, 2025-12-18 17:45 PST. From preliminary analysis, the issue was triggered by a malformed request to the updateFeed API call, which led to the update operations being rejected. Our engineering team has rolled out a fix to handle the malformed request to mitigate the impact. All services, including the updateFeed operations are now fully restored and working normally. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving this issue. Symptoms Customers in the US region might have experienced 5xx error while accessing Google SecOps UI and API. Workaround None at the moment.

Description The issue with Google SecOps UI and Chronicle API that began on Thursday, 2025-12-18 12:15 PST in the multi-region US has been mitigated. All UI and API services are now working normally, with the exception of the Chronicle API updateFeed operation, which has been temporarily unavailable. Our engineering team continues to investigate the root cause for the feed update operation issue. We will provide an update by Thursday, 2025-12-18 18:30 PST with current details. We apologize for the inconvenience. Symptoms Customers in the US region are unable to update feeds at this time. Workaround None at the moment.
