Alert regeneration is now complete. We are still investigating cases where duplicate Alerts were generated prior to September 23rd at 16:00 PDT.

We are continuing to reprocess monitor data from the impacted period. Impacted customers may continue to receive Alerts at an increased rate and could receive duplicate Alerts.

Processing of the restored Alerts is still in progress. Impacted customers may continue to receive Alerts at an increased rate and could receive duplicate Alerts.

Impacted customers will soon start seeing restored Alert data from the affected period as new Alerts in the platform, and may experience a temporary increased Alert rate. Some customers may see some duplicate Alerts.

Until the full Monitor data is reprocessed, some of the affected customers may still see gaps in Alerts.

We will provide an update on the status of the data reprocessing by Sunday, 2025-09-21 11:00 PDT or sooner.

By 12:00 PDT on 18 September, Alert History was restored for Alerts created prior to the incident.

Starting at 04:50 PDT on 19 September, restored Monitors are now operating normally.

Our team is continuing the work on reprocessing the Monitor data from the time of the issue so that the corresponding Alerts can be regenerated.

Until the full Monitor data is reprocessed, some of the affected customers may still see gaps in Alerts.

We will provide an update on the status of the data reprocessing by Saturday, 2025-09-20 11:00 PDT or sooner.

Between 16 September 18:00 PDT and 17 September 09:30 PDT, a subset of Mandiant Digital Threat Monitoring customers experienced access issues with Monitors and Alerts.

By 09:30 PDT on 17 September, our engineers mitigated the issue thereby restoring access to existing Monitors and new Alerts.

By 02:00 PDT on 18 September, we completed the backfill of the alerts from the time of the issue.

We are in the process of restoring Alert History.

We are also working on reprocessing the Monitor data from the time of the issue so that the corresponding Alerts can be regenerated.

Until the full monitor data is reprocessed, some of the affected customers may still see gaps in Alerts.

We will provide an update on the status of the data reprocessing by Friday, 2025-09-19 11:00 PDT or sooner.

Alert backfill is progressing under our close supervision. We will provide an update on the status of the backfill by Thursday, 2025-09-18 10:00 PDT.

Alert backfilling is in progress. The latest alerts have been prioritized for the backfill and customers should start seeing some of the alerts from the time of the issue available. We expect the backfill to complete in the next couple of hours. We will provide another update by Wednesday, 2025-09-17 16:00 PDT with more details.

Starting at 18:00 PDT on 16 September 2025, a small number of Mandiant Digital Threat Monitoring customers have experienced issues accessing the monitors and alerts.

Our engineers identified the cause and applied appropriate mitigations by 09:30 PDT on 17 September 2025. Monitors and alerts after 09:30 PDT should be accessible to the customers. Existing monitors and new alerts should now be available. Historical alerts from the time of the issue are being backfilled by our engineering team.

We expect the backfill to take a few hours and we will provide an update by Wednesday, 2025-09-17 13:00 PDT with current details.
