Description

The issue with Chronicle Security has been resolved for all affected customers as of Monday, 2025-05-12 17:00 US/Pacific.

From preliminary analysis, we have identified that the issue was triggered due to service overload and the engineering team updated throttling configurations to mitigate the impact.
