Mandiant Digital Threat Monitoring is experiencing increased alert backlog and as a result customers may experience seeing new alerts generated for events up to 6 days ago.

Furthermore, these alerts may be ungrouped and without a similarity score.

Our engineering team is actively working on reducing the alert backlog. We expect the backlog to be fully processed by Friday, 2026-04-10 16:00 US/Pacific.

We will provide more information by Friday, 2026-04-10 16:30 US/Pacific with current details.

Workaround:

Filtering by monitor name will allow users to see all alerts for a given monitor.
