Description

The issue with Mandiant Managed Defense has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2026-01-28 17:15 PST.

Our engineering team identified the recent incorrect configuration changes causing this and mitigated the impact by rolling back these changes.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Impacted customers may have experienced Mandiant SSO logins failures to login to the following:

  • md.mandiant.com
  • advantage.mandiant.com

Mandiant Advantage Threat Intelligence, Mandiant Attack Surface Management, Mandiant Digital Threat Monitoring customers that use External Identity Federation to login may have experienced login failures.
