The issue with Google SecOps has been resolved for all affected users as of Thursday, 2025-07-17 09:15 PDT,

From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue is an overload on our query processing systems, our engineers have mitigated the issue by prioritizing the query processing traffic.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.
