Description: Some customers using Mandiant Digital Threat Intelligence may be experiencing issues accessing alerts for emails sent on 2026-03-20 between 8AM and 9AM PDT. Our engineering team has identified the root cause and has completed the mitigation. A hardware failure required restoring a subset of documents. Documents that were impacted during this time have been restored, although links to alerts in emails during the impacted time will still return 404. Customer Symptoms: Customers may be experiencing 404 errors accessing certain alerts generated between 8AM and 9 AM PDT on 2026-03-20. Workaround: As a workaround, customers can search for documents using Research Tools for the period from 7am PDT to 8:30am PDT. Customers can use these time frames to reduce search volume. Additionally, when fetching alerts through the API, impacted users can set refs=false so that the doc, labels, and topics are not returned in the response body (https://gtidocs.virustotal.com/reference/get-alerts). |
