Customers may have noticed an ingestion delay for cloud-based V1 feeds. There may also have been some delay in detections and alerts as a consequence of the delayed ingestion.

Our engineers have identified the root cause and have a mitigation in place. For storage based feeds, we are seeing near complete recovery. Queue based feeds are still improving.

We will provide an update on the backlog burn by Wednesday, 2025-12-10 19:30 PST with current details.
