Description The issue with Mandiant Managed Defense has been resolved for all affected projects as of Tuesday, 2026-03-31 21:37 PDT. From preliminary analysis, the issue was caused by a configuration change in the load balancer settings. Our engineers mitigated the issue by restoring the configuration settings. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue. Symptoms The feature inside the portal to display stats about the hunt service (https://md.mandiant.com/threat_hunting) is now accessible. The threat hunting service was not affected by this issue. Workaround This incident is now resolved.
