Title

[Mitigated] Some Google SecOps SIEM (Chronicle) customers across Europe Multi-region may have experienced intermittent elevated latency and timeout errors in Search and Dashboard.

Description

The issue with Google SecOps has been resolved for all affected users as of Tuesday, 2026-06-23 22:34 PDT.

From preliminary analysis, the issue was triggered by an upgrade to the underlying file system. The upgrade included code changes that increased resource utilization and caused request throttling.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Symptoms

Customers may have experienced intermittent elevated latency and timeouts on Search and Dashboard queries.

None at this time as the issue stands mitigated.
