Summary

Google SecOps Gemini “Generate Query” functionality might have experienced elevated errors in europe-west3 and US multi-region.

Description

The issue with Google SecOps has been resolved for all affected projects as of Wednesday, 2026-02-04 15:301 PST.

From preliminary analysis, the issue was triggered due to insufficient resource configuration in the impacted regions, resulting in resource exhausted errors.

Our engineers mitigated the issue by increasing resources. We will add retries and additional notifications in advance of resource issues in the future.

We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.

Affected customers might have experienced “Sorry, Gemini is currently unavailable. Contact support if this persists” error message when attempting to use “Generate Query” functionality.

Workaround

This incident is now mitigated.
