The issue was caused by an intended down-scaling of backend compute resources in the region based on the resource utilization, which resulted in query latencies and failures. Our engineers have mitigated the issue by scaling up and restoring the necessary resources. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue. Symptoms Impacted customers experienced errors or high latencies while loading their dashboards in asia-southeast1 for IngestionMetrics, SOAR Cases, SOAR Case History, Detections and DataTables data sources. Workaround None at this time. |
