Intermittent authentication issues for Looker

| | 16 Dec 2025 | 08:26 PST | Starting on 12/11/2025, a few Looker Original customers began experiencing intermittent authentication errors with their instances. Engineers are working on a long term resolution, and the existing issue can be resolved by a restart in the meantime. Potentially affected Looker instances will be restarted during their next maintenance window or earlier if occurrence of the authentication issue is observed. If customers notice a disruption to service they can request a restart outside of maintenance windows |
