Creation of new google cloud functions and update of current one are failing

After further investigation, we have determined that the impact was low and effected a small number of users. We have conducted an internal investigation of this issue and made appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize a future recurrence.

We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence. We will provide a more detailed analysis of this incident once we have completed our internal investigation.
