'Signup with provider' option is not appearing when making public purchases

The issue with Google Cloud Marketplace is believed to be affecting a very small number of customers and our Engineering Team is working on it.
When customers make a public purchase, a dialog should appear for signup with provider. Currently the dialog is showing "go to product page". Customers can still make the purchase from the product page.
