Mandiant Attack Surface Management users may experience issues with completing scans for existing collections, and starting scans for new collections.

Description: We are experiencing an issue with Mandiant Attack Surface Management beginning on Monday, 2024-09-30 00:17 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

New collection data is not being collected, stored, and made available to users.

Existing scans that have been completed are still accessible.

An application update is currently being tested in the staging environment.

We will provide an update by Monday, 2024-09-30 13:00 US/Pacific with current details.

We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption.

Diagnosis: This issue is preventing all collection scans from completing. This includes scans that were already in progress, new scans for existing collections, and scans for newly created collections.

Workaround: None at this time.
