| 16 Jul 2024 | 19:01 PDT | Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google BigQuery billing beginning on Thursday, 2024-07-11. The issue was caused due to configuration changes that temporarily interrupted the reporting flow of BigQuery storage usage to the GCP billing system. Our Engineering team has since reverted the change and expect reporting to return to normal within the next 24 hours. Additionally, they will work to correct the billing reports for the affected days. We will provide an update by Tuesday, 2024-07-16 20:45 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Customer Symptoms: BigQuery users may notice a drop in reported storage costs and charges for their projects. Workaround: None at this time. |
