(All Times US/Pacific) Incident Start: 10 July 2023 at 09:19 Incident End: 10 July 2023 at 13:29 Duration: 4 hours, 10 minutes Affected Services and Features: Assured Workloads Regions/Zones: Global Description: Assured Workloads experienced issues accessing APIslisted in https://cloud.google.com/assured-workloads/docs/reference/rest#service-endpoint for a duration of 4 hours, 10 minutes. From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue is a configuration change to our internal access management system. The issue was mitigated by rolling back the configuration changes. Customer Impact: Affected customers were unable to access APIs listed in https://cloud.google.com/assured-workloads/docs/reference/rest#service-endpoint, including Create, List, Update and Delete Workload. |
