Description:

Assured Workloads experienced issues accessing APIslisted in https://cloud.google.com/assured-workloads/docs/reference/rest#service-endpoint for a duration of 4 hours, 10 minutes. From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue is a configuration change to our internal access management system. The issue was mitigated by rolling back the configuration changes.

Customer Impact:

Affected customers were unable to access APIs listed in https://cloud.google.com/assured-workloads/docs/reference/rest#service-endpoint, including Create, List, Update and Delete Workload.
