Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Networking beginning at Friday, 2022-05-27 11:03 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Friday, 2022-05-27 14:00 US/Pacific with current details.

Diagnosis: Customers with Cloud Interconnects in us-east4 may experience latency spikes and packet loss.
