Description: The issue with Google App Engine has been resolved for all affected users as of Tuesday, 2024-10-08 18:35 US/Pacific. We thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the issue.
8 Oct 2024	16:59 PDT	Summary: App Engine customers in us-central1 one may be experiencing an increase in HTTP 429 responses. Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google App Engine beginning on Tuesday, 2024-10-08 12:15 US/Pacific in us-central1 region. Our engineering team has identified a mitigation strategy. Owing to the mitigation steps implemented thus far, partial recovery has been achieved. We will continue to work on the recovery process and provide an update by Tuesday, 2024-10-08 18:30 US/Pacific with current details. Diagnosis: Impacted customers may intermittently encounter a ‘HTTP 429’ response code. Workaround: None at this time.
