Google Cloud Build unable to add Triggers via Cloud Console

The issue with Google Cloud Build unable to add triggers via Cloud Console has been resolved for all affected users as of Thursday, 2018-09-06 14:23 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are rolling out fix to resolve the issue which is currently in >30% of production. Customers do not need take any action, and can retry or continue to use the provided workaround. We will provide another status update by Thursday, 2018-09-06 16:30 US/Pacific with current details.

We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Build for users trying to create triggers via the Cloud Console beginning at Wednesday, 2018-09-05 12:25 US/Pacific. Affected users may notice the Add trigger button is not responding. The current workaround is to navigate directly to https://console.cloud.google.com/cloud-build/triggers/add Our Engineering Team has identified the root cause. We are rolling out a fix to resolve the issue which should be completed on Thursday 2018-09-06. We will provide another status update by Thursday, 2018-09-06 13:30 US/Pacific with current details.
