Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue may encounter an error message on the UI page ( https://console.cloud.google.com/netapp/cloud-volumes/volumes) that says - “There was an error while loading /netapp/cloud-volumes?project=g1p-sre-consumer-05&supportedpurview=project. Please try again”. This issue is only impacting customers who have not migrated to Cloud NetApp Volumes User Interface, and are still using NetApp Cloud Volumes Service UI. If you are using the 1P GCNV UI link (https://console.cloud.google.com/netapp/volumes/), you can ignore this message Workaround: There is no workaround at this time. |
