Summary: Google Cloud Filestore customers may see operations (CreateInstance, DeleteInstance, etc) failing.

Description: We've received a report of an issue with Cloud Filestore as of Monday, 2023-06-12 17:13 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Monday, 2023-06-12 21:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Attempts to create, delete, or back up instances may fail.

Workaround: None at this time.
