Incident affecting Operations

Errors creating new Stackdriver accounts and adding new projects to existing Stackdriver accounts.

The issue with Google Stackdriver has been resolved for all affected projects as of Friday, 2017-09-29 15:35 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

The Stackdriver issue is believed to be affecting less than 20% of project creation and update requests. Our Engineering Team is still working on isolating the problem. We will provide more information by 16:30 US/Pacific.
