Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The mitigation is expected to complete by Thursday, 2024-01-11 18:30 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Thursday, 2024-01-11 19:15 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: The customers who use Google Drive and links of the form https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id= to host the images in their application are unable to load the images from the Google drive. Workaround: Upon confirmation of the mitigation. The impacted customers to follow the below instructions: 1. Customers should audit their apps and data sources to migrate from the drive.google.com/uc URLs as per https://workspaceupdates.googleblog.com/2023/10/upcoming-changes-to-third-party-cookies-in-google-drive.html 2. The recommended way of embedding Drive images in AppSheet is documented at https://support.google.com/appsheet/answer/10107317?hl=en&sjid=4003008832458204827-NA#filename |

Diagnosis: The customers who use the Google drive to host their application are unable to load the images from the Google drive. Workaround: The impacted customers to relocate the images to their designated Drive folder and modify all relevant data sources to reflect the updated image file paths. |
