Incident affecting Google Compute Engine

We're investigating an issue with persistent disks in europe-west1-a on Google Compute Engine beginning at 02:30 AM Pacific. We will provide more information shortly.

Incident began at 2014-05-22 02:30 and ended at 2014-05-22 06:30 (all times are US/Pacific).

We are still investigating the issue with persistent disks in europe-west1-a on Google Compute Engine. Normal performance and operation should already be restored on some of the instances. We will provide another status update by 06:45 AM Pacific.

We are currently experiencing an issue with persistent disks in europe-west1-a on Google Compute Engine and some instances experience slow persistent disks performance and observe SCSI errors. For everyone who is affected, we apologize - we know you count on Google to work for you and we're working hard to restore normal operation.

We will provide an update by 04:45 AM Pacific with current details, and if available an estimated time for resolution.
