Issues for Cloud console iOS users while accessing SQL instances, app engine charts and dashboard widgets with App engine related metrics.

The issue with Google Cloud Console has been resolved for all affected users as of Wednesday, 2023-10-25 23:30 US/Pacific.

Summary: Issues for Cloud console iOS users while accessing SQL instances, app engine charts and dashboard widgets with App engine related metrics.

Cloud console web and android users are not seeing this error and remain un-impacted.

Description: Our engineering team continues to work on an identified mitigation. Unfortunately, there is no specific ETA available for this to be completed.

We will provide a further progress update by Thursday, 2023-10-26 08:00 US/Pacific.

Thank you for your patience, cooperation and support while we work towards mitigating this fully. We apologize for all the trouble and inconvenience this may be causing.

Diagnosis: 1.Some Cloud console iOS users are currently faced with an error page with the error message "internal" upon accessing the SQL instances tab from the resources screen.

  1. Users trying to use App engine charts and dashboard widgets with App engine related metrics are unable to get any data for it at this time.

Workaround: Users can access all the data they need using Mobile Web.

The mitigation is taking longer than expected and we do not have ETA.

Diagnosis: Cloud Console iOS app users may receive an error page with the error message "internal" upon accessing the SQL instances tab from the resources screen.

Workaround: Users can still access this data using Mobile Web.
