Summary: Cloud Source Repositories repo administration operations (SourceRepo API) are unavailable

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team and they are working on pushing out a fix to production.

The mitigation is expected to complete by Wednesday, 2024-04-24 15:00 US/Pacific.

We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2024-04-24 15:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Cloud Source Repository users who use the SourceRepo API are unable to make changes to repository metadata (create/update/delete).

Workaround: None at this time.
