We experienced an issue with Google BigQuery beginning on Friday, 2023-11-24 00:00 US/Pacific.

Self-diagnosis: The impacted users may have experienced latency with BigQuery jobs.

The issue has been resolved for all affected users as of Friday, 2023-11-24 01:05 US/Pacific.
