Summary: Google Cloud Backup and DR service is experiencing intermittent issues with management console UI access

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Friday, 2023-09-29 09:00 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: - Affected users will see an error "The Token's Signature resulted invalid when verified using the Algorithm: SHA256withRSA" when trying to access the management console UI.

  • Any ongoing or scheduled backup and recovery jobs are not impacted.

Workaround: None at this time.
