Incident began at 2014-07-09 03:46 and ended at 2014-07-09 06:57 (all times are US/Pacific).

9 Jul 2014	10:06 PDT	Normal Blobstore service has been restored for objects uploaded after 2014-07-09 06:40 AM (US/Pacific). Objects uploaded before this time are still affected. We are working to resolve this.
9 Jul 2014	10:06 PDT	We are still investigating the issue with Blobstore service. We will provide another update shortly.
