Unscheduled instance reboots

The problem with Compute Engine should be resolved as of 03:16. We apologize for any issues this may have caused to you or your users and thank you for your patience and continued support. Please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are constantly working to improve the reliability of our systems.

We are still investigating the issue with Compute Engine. The Google engineers are rolling out a remediation and the issue has been resolved for some users. We will provide another status update by 03:45 US/Pacific time.

Some customers are experiencing unscheduled reboots of Compute Engine instances. For everyone who is affected, we apologize and we are working hard to restore normal operation.

We will provide an update by Wednesday 17 September, 03:15 US/Pacific with current details, and if available an estimated time for resolution.
