Summary: Google Compute Engine is experiencing elevated error rate with diskTypes.aggregatedList API method

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team.

We do not have an ETA for mitigation at this point.

We will provide more information by Saturday, 2023-09-16 22:30 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Requests to diskTypes.aggregatedList API method are returning an invalid argument error. This is causing issues with disk creation and instance editing using Cloud Console

Workaround: Affected customers can use gcloud CLI to create disks and to edit instances.

Diagnosis: Requests to diskTypes.aggregatedList API method are returning an invalid argument error. This is causing issues with disk creation and instance editing using Cloud Console

Workaround: Affected customers can use gcloud CLI to complete the failing requests.
