Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2023-07-12 16:18 US/Pacific with current details. We apologize to all who are affected by the disruption. Diagnosis: - Customers with existing sessions may not have observed any errors, However, upon reconnection, customers may have experienced errors stating “deadline exceeded” when creating new sessions.
