Description: We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Support chat beginning at Monday, 2023-11-20 22:29 US/Pacific.

Our engineering team is still investigating the issue.

Diagnosis: Customers impacted by this issue would not be able to attach files in the support chat within Google Cloud Console
