Incident affecting Google App Engine

Global: Google App Engine Flex customers getting 404 errors on their websites.

Incident began at 2021-11-16 11:20 and ended at 2021-11-16 11:41 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Google App Engine has been resolved for all affected users as of Tuesday, 2021-11-16 11:40 US/Pacific.
