The issue with Google Cloud Networking in us-central1-b, us-central1-c or us-central1-f has been resolved for all affected users as of 07:46 US/Pacific. We will conduct an internal investigation of this issue and make appropriate improvements to our systems to help prevent or minimize future recurrence.

We are investigating an issue with Google Cloud Networking in us-central1. Instances in us-central1-b, us-central1-c or us-central1-f may have seen increased packet loss between other regions and to the internet from 07:37 to 07:46 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Wednesday, 2019-02-13 08:15 US/Pacific.
