If you have experienced impact outside of what is listed below, please reach out to Google Cloud Support using https://cloud.google.com/support (All Times US/Pacific) Incident Start: 4 April, 2024 13:15 Incident End: 4 April, 2024 15:15 Duration: 2 hours Affected Services and Features: AppSheet Databases Regions/Zones: Global Description: AppSheet experienced increased errors when loading the AppSheet Database UI via web browser globally for a duration of 2 hours. The impact was only at the UI level, applications using the AppSheet as a datasource were not impacted. From preliminary analysis, the root cause of the issue is due to a recent change released in the AppSheet product that prevented users from accessing and managing their data from the UI via web browsers. Google engineers executed a rollback of the change that introduced the issue which was completed by 15:15 US/Pacific completely resolved the issue. Customer Impact:

Description: Mitigation work is currently underway by our engineering team. The mitigation is expected to complete by Thursday, 2024-04-04 16:30 US/Pacific. We will provide more information by Thursday, 2024-04-04 17:00 US/Pacific. Diagnosis: All the customers using AppSheet Databases would encounter an error “Something has gone wrong” and are unable to manage their database data. However, there is no impact on the Apps using AppSheet Databases as their datasource. Workaround: None at this time. |
