Summary: Cloud Spanner: Delete Database operations are timing out after 30 mins

Description: We are experiencing an issue with Cloud Spanner.

Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue.

We will provide an update by Wednesday, 2023-11-01 17:44 US/Pacific with current details.

Diagnosis: Operations to delete a database from Cloud Console or via gcloud cli will see their commands timeout after 30 minutes.

Workaround: None at this time.
