us-central1: GCS is returning stale version of object for bucket

Incident began at 2021-07-27 10:35 and ended at 2021-07-27 16:15 (all times are US/Pacific).

The issue with Google Cloud Storage is believed to be affecting a very small number of projects and our Engineering Team is working on it.

Description: We believe the issue with Google Cloud Storage is partially resolved.

Diagnosis: GCS is intermittently serving older deleted versions of objects, or not serving 404 for deleted objects.
