Summary: Mandiant Attack Surface Mangement is experiencing some ASM collection scan results to be delayed

Description: During planned mitigation activities aimed at resolving ongoing issue, temporary outages have occurred on the Mandiant Attack Surface Management website. During the outage, on top of current issue, customers experienced all reads falling and the website became unavailable for periods of approximately 20 minutes. The Mandiant Attack Surface Management website is currently available.

We understand that this outage may have caused disruptions to your workflow, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

In the meantime, our resolving teams are still working on the full resolution.

We will provide more information by Saturday, 2024-12-14 17:00 US/Pacific.

Diagnosis: Customers may notice delayed collection scan results and a temporary change in the reported entity count.

Workaround: None at the moment.

Description: We are experiencing an issue with Mandiant Attack Surface Mangement.

Our engineering team is aware of an issue affecting some customers' collection scan results. These results may be delayed by up to 24 hours, and customers may also notice a temporary change in the reported entity count.
